De Anza Workforce/Career Scholarship Donors

De Anza Workforce/Career Scholarship is supported by several funding resources.

-Theresa Vandiver. Theresa has been giving annually to support two $500 nursing scholarships in memory of her dear friend, Sally Brennan.

-Friends and Family of Connie Yokum. This special scholarship is for a nursing student in memory of Connie Yokum, lovingly donated by many friends and family who were touched by Connie’s smile, laughter and friendship. An alumnus of De Anza’s Nursing program, Connie fulfilled her life-long passion as a Critical Care Nurse Educator at O’Connor Hospital for 36 years. Connie always noticed the unnoticed and acknowledged them with a greeting and could always able to see the best in every person she met.

-Generously donated by the friends and family of Louise Sharp which funds a nursing scholarship. The Louise Sharp Memorial Nursing Scholarship funds a scholarship intended for nursing students.
