Judy C. Miner

Foothill-De Anza Community College Chancellor Judy C. Miner created this scholarship in loving memory of her parents. This scholarship is intended to acknowledge students who have shown passion for their education and persevered having overcome obstacles such as being first in their family to go to college, financial hardships, being a single parent, living with a disability, etc. With more than 40 years as an educator, Chancellor Miner is a tireless advocate of higher education and community colleges.
