Paula De Cillis

Paul De Cillis and his wife Paula, created two scholarships in memory of special U.S. Veterans who made an impact on their life and the lives of others. In 2017, Paul passed, however friends and family continue to support the scholarships that Paul so lovingly created in memory of his dear friends.

Theodore C. Kappmeyer served in the same unit as Paul in Viet Nam. On August 7th, 1970 he was killed in the in the Central Highlands of Viet Nam. Jimmy Weedo played center on the Garfield High School football team in New Jersey. On January 27th, 1967 he was killed in the Central Highlands of Vietnam. Both scholarships are intended for veterans.
