Foothill Social Sciences Scholarship
Description:
The purpose of this scholarship is to recognize a student with strong commitment to his/her academic major.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Applicants who have completed coursework in a social science major at Foothill College.
2. Applicants who show commitment to a social science major as demonstrated in their “My Story” essay and/or on or off campus activities.
3. Applicant must be enrolled in 6 units at Foothill College for Spring quarter of the current academic year.
One special scholarship will be awarded to an Umoja student who wants to be a teacher.
