De Anza Electrucking Tools Scholarship
This scholarship is made possible by Mia @Electrucking. Mia is deeply passionate about both automotive restoration and decarbonization. From converting a Suzuki to run on electricity to restoring her 1972 Ford F-100 pick-up, “Aqua-Marie,” she understands that having the right tools is essential to reaching your dreams. Knowing that tools are expensive and that using credit to purchase them can lead to long-term financial strain, Mia is offering this unique scholarship to provide students with the extra support they need to succeed
Criteria:
• Must be a first-year student accepted into the De Anza College Automotive Technology Day Program.
• In your “My Story Essay” please share the life goals you hope to achieve through graduating in Auto Tech, and any obstacles you have had such as being the first in their family to go to college, overcoming economic hardship, single parent, etc.
• There is no GPA minimum because this is more about your story and hopes for the future rather than what happened in the past.
