FH - Advani Respiratory Therapy Scholars - 1st Year Cohorts

The Swati and Vijay Advani Respiratory Therapy Scholars program is made possible by a generous pledge from Swati and Vijay Advani. Friends of the colleges for many years, Swati and Vijay understand that support for respiratory therapy and local students has the potential to give our region an infinite return: Students graduate from a high-quality program, immediately get jobs in an important health sector, contribute to the local economy, and develop meaningful careers serving patients in their communities for decades to come. Their vision is to cover educational expenses throughout the respiratory therapy program.

Once selected as an Advani Scholar, students will be provided with:
-First year tuition and fees up to $1,650
-Second year tuition and fees up to $1,900
-Respiratory Care Book Bundle
-$1,000 award payable in the Winter Quarter of your first year; $2,000 award payable in the Fall Quarter of your second year to cover certifications and incidental expenses associated with the respiratory program.

Important! In your “My Story” essay, please demonstrate any hardships you have had while in the program and why you have chosen to be a respiratory therapist.

Only 1st year Respiratory Therapy students are eligible to apply. Must remain in good standing with the program to receive tuition/fees and award.
