De Anza College - Study Abroad Scholarships

De Anza’s Study Abroad program is offering two $1,000 scholarships in the form of a program fee reduction (no direct payment to the student) for De Anza students accepted into the Foothill Buenos Aires Campus Abroad Trip that will take place April 16 – June 18, 2027. The purpose of this funding is to support active De Anza students who need some financial support to be able to enroll in this program.

Eligibility: All Buenos Aires program applicants who identify financial need and demonstrate a commitment to fulfilling the expectations of the award are eligible to apply. Priority will be given to current De Anza students. In order to receive the award, applicants must have completed their Buenos Aires application by the scholarship application deadline and paid the program deposits (to apply please visit https://foothill.edu/global/buenosaires-2027.html). Scholarship award will be contingent upon acceptance into the program.

Expectations: Awardees of this scholarship must be willing to share their experiences abroad via blogs, pictures, and/or video on social media, provide a testimonial at the end of their program (to be shared on the De Anza College and/or Foundation website), and be willing to attend on occasion (in person or remotely) outreach events for future Study Abroad programs.
