Foothill Ann Davis Memorial Scholarship

Description:
Primary consideration will be given to students who are currently enrolled in the Diagnostic Medical Sonography (Ultrasound) Program at Foothill College. Secondary consideration will be given to students in other Allied Health programs at Foothill College.

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Applicant must be currently enrolled in an Allied Health program at Foothill College.

2. Applicant must have overcome significant academic, financial and/or personal hardships.

3. Applicant must be enrolled in at least 6 units at Foothill College at the time of the scholarship deadline and disbursement of scholarship funds.
