This scholarship is created by friends and family of Stan Poncetta. Stan was a deeply caring person who honored each person he came across and had a deep love and commitment to the care of the elderly. He established a non-profit, Models of Hope, that was dedicated to improving senior care through programs that focused on the spirit of the caregiver.
