De Anza Great Perseverance Scholarship
Description:
To recognize first generation college students who have overcome a great hardship, such as being the first in their family to go to college, having lived with a disability, overcoming economic hardship, having re-entered college after a period of absence, being a single parent, etc., and who have persevered academically.
A $1,000 scholarship is available for legally blind students.
