Foothill Academic Senate Scholarship for First Generation College Students

Description:
The purpose of this scholarship is to recognize first generation college students who have a strong commitment to their education.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Applicant must have a minimum 2.5 GPA.
• Applicant must be enrolled in a minimum of 6 units at the time of scholarship deadline and disbursement of funds.
• Applicant must be a first-generation college student.
• In your My Story essay, be sure to include any obstacles you have had being a first-generation college student and how it has impacted your educational journey.
