De Anza Cupertino Rotary/Jackson Family Education Scholarship
Description
The Jackson Family has had a rich history of education. Pat was a teacher, speech therapist and an administrator. Her father was a teacher and administrator, her paternal grandmother and grandfather were teachers and administrators and her two sons are teachers. This scholarship is intended for students who are transferring to a four-year university majoring in some field of education, including teaching, academic counseling, speech pathology or administrator.
Minimum Qualifications
Currently enrolled in 12 units at De Anza
-GPA of 3.0
-Transferring in the Fall Quarter
-Majoring in education or related field
-Be sure to demonstrate your commitment to pursuing a career in education as a teacher or in any related fields such as academic counseling, speech pathology or administrator in your “My Story” essay or in the separate section provided in the application.
