To recognize students with a strong commitment to their academic major.
MAJORS: Social Science, Behavioral Science, Child Development, Criminal Justice, Law, Humanities, etc.

• Show commitment to Social Science/Humanities major through major course completion, activities associated with major, research into transfer and/or employment opportunities, etc.
• Some funds are available to an applicant who shows intent on pursuing a career in teaching or in history.
• Some funds are available to applicants who are enrolled or completed course work in Child Development or are involved with the Child Development Center.
